  • IC3E.ORG believes in empowerment. IC3E.ORG believes the world could be a better place, if we empowered every needy and poor citizen. True empowerment lies in thematic education and meaningful employment. Today, we face several serious challenges, climate change, intolerance, technological revolution, poverty, polarization, and inequality. That is why we need to concentrate on a Team with technology, and transparency, to transform things within a time frame, an organization with ethical leadership. The new face of a global organization. “Every citizen must power its nation.” A nation cannot run without the active participation, accountability, and empowerment of its citizens.
  • IC3E.ORG - International Council of Education Employment and Empowerment is a section 8 - not-for-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India to promote Education for Everyone. IC3E.ORG is exempted from Tax with 12A and 80G certification by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India on its incorporation with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 21001: 2018, and ISO 29993: 2017 certification to promote Self-Paced, Self-Learning, Group Learning, Skilling, Re-Skilling, Up-Skilling, Multi-Skilling, and Super-Skilling Training Programs to the people across the globe to be part of "the Future Ready Workforce" in the Knowledge-based Economy with futuristic tools, techniques using cloud-based technologies in Agriculture, Arts, Charity, Commerce, Education, Energy, Environment, Religion, Research, Science, Social Welfare, Sports, Technology and Trade in alliance with Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.
  • In the era of rapid globalization, the world is moving towards a new green economy and struggling to find solutions for sustainability challenges. The changes in the nature of work, and social-economic-technological transformations, demand informed decision-making at every step of life. Informed decision-making means people need to develop their knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA). The application of knowledge, skills (technical and exposure-based), and attitudes (based on values) is the basic necessity for widening employment opportunities in every sector. The KSA transforms raw materials into finished products (through technology integration) and thereby empowering them to earn a living for themselves. The number of years of experience is no more a barrier for the people who can deliver quality outputs in the immediate post-skilled engagement.  The application of technology in isolation without equipping people, adults, and out-of-school youths, with vocation-specific on-the-job training and cross-sectoral exposures, can no longer be successful. On the other hand, practical skills are always necessary for improving resource efficiency in the workplace and are based on quantifiable outputs and contributions. So, there is a need for upskilled, re-skilled, and multi-skilled workforce. TVET is the tool that enables learners to develop to be better prepared for coping with rapid technological changes. It develops people’s capacities and opportunities to engage and simultaneously enables individual transformational change towards sustainability. TVET thus plays a vital role in nation-building. Therefore, it is rightly addressed at the high school education level by National Education Policy 2020.

APPEAL

  • COVID-19 has proved to be the pandemic of the century and the resulting economic meltdown has caused enormous hardships to people across the globe. It has rendered millions unemployed. The magnitude of unemployment in the unorganized sectors in our country's overcrowded cities and towns is simply unimaginable. Millions of people lost their jobs, careers, and sole sources of livelihood and were forced to migrate back to their homelands which offered no opportunities. While employment prospects have begun to look up in the last couple of months, unemployment remained high throughout 2020, 2021 and is continuing in 2022.Ramping up employment is the crying need of the day.
  • The substantial relief measures doled out by the central government, respective state governments, and the corporate world should have helped reduce the very high levels of hardship. But the still considerable and unmet need remains sky high as we lurch towards the middle of 2022; millions of families report having too little to eat, let alone lead a comfortable life. The sad fact is, in countries like India, the benefits of thousands of schemes launched by the central government and state governments have failed to reach the real beneficiaries resulting in the economic downturn and creating a hollow in the total system.To prove this proverb right, you could donate any amount to empower fellow citizens. We at IC3E.ORG believe in one simple thing in life: that anything that goes up will come down. The good Karma of Dana will rain down as blessings on you and your family. The virtue of generosity, charity, and giving of alms to the needy is the purest form of divine work. Nothing is permanent in life, neither good times nor bad, the change is inevitable.
  • To create an exemplary and transparent – prototype system for the citizens – the International Council of Education Employment and Empowerment (IC3E.ORG) Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India has pledged a crowdfund of Rupees Ten Laks ( ₹ 1000000.00 ) only – named Citizen Development and Empowerment Fund to reach out to the real, needy and common citizens across the country. IC3E.ORG believes in skill-based technical education and employment which endows people with real empowerment. There is a proverb: “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime”.
